This includes Landmark Loft dwellings, mixed-use buildings with offices, retail stores, residences and restaurants which can extend under NYC streets. Renovations include partitions, plumbing, mechanical, heating, finishes and other architectural and engineering services as required to obtain Building Department approval with Certificate of Occupancies.

This is merely one example of many in the Landmark District in which we successfully obtained the Certificate of Occupancy. Work included: full interior renovations and alterations, sprinkler and standpipe, mechanical systems, elevator bulkheads, roof development, fire alarms, facade restoration, along with full coordination with commercial tenants. This building is an 8 story mixed-use building, with a major trade school, residences, fine Soho retailers (open throughout renovation), and incorporated residential conversions, (in progress through a Loft-Board process). We also handled additional applications (Landmark) and was the Consulting Architect for storefront and entry level redesign involving major reconstruction.
