GEORGE E. PAIDER, R.A., AIA
George Paider is a graduate of Pratt Institute’s Construction Management program. He is a New York State licensed architect and member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Paider started his architectural career in 1985 and has been a licensed architect since 1991.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Paider has been directly involved with the design and construction of various projects including residential, retail, office, restaurant and supermarket work, including both renovation and new construction. Having been involved in diverse projects has given him vast experience and knowledge of the building and zoning laws of New York City.
Mr. Paider held a lead role in the development of prototype floor plans and development of construction drawings for Hurricane Sandy recovery projects filed under NYC’s Build it Back Program. Securing approvals with various New York City agencies including the Department of Buildings, Housing Preservation Development, NYC Loft Board, NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission and NYS Department of Environmental Protection.
